§ 78-64. Numbering system.

(a)

The numbering of each street shall be referenced to the base line. All structures facing on streets not extending to the base line shall be assigned the same relative numbers as if the street did extend to the base line.

(b)

All numbers assigned to the south and east sides of streets shall be given even numbers and all numbers assigned to the north and west side of the streets shall be given odd numbers.

(c)

The numbers shall be assigned consistent with this system as determined by the city building department.
